My tank is cycled. What to do next? Do I introduce couple of clowns and change water few days latter or change water and then fish?

My tank is 120gal. 40lb of live rock, 40 lb of dry rock and 80 lb of dry sand. I've started cycling with Dr. Tim's on 2/11. on 2/18 ammonia spiked to 0.25 and on 2/23 went down to 0. Nitrite spiked on 2/18 and went down to 0 on 2/27. Nitrate spiked to 50 on 2/20 next day down to 10. Now

With that size tank, you are fine to add a pair of clowns. I recommend quarantining them first. If they bring in a parasite you will need to keep your tank fish less for 6-10 weeks depending on the parasite to allow it to die off in the tank. If you don’t all future fish will be infected and likely die.
