Whats swimming around?

I see alot of these small looking tadpoles that come out at night. When I shine the light on them I can see the eyes. Any help?

Most likely harmless but beneficial pods! Shows a well established tank!

If they were clownfish what would they look like?

I think they are mysis shrimp, pods usually stay on the surface. I get tons of newly hatched shrimp all the time in my fuge.
