i just added live rock to my tank and it has grown this white mold like stuff on it... what is that and is it normal??

Mabey something was on the rock and died and it is starting to decay. As for what it is forsure I dont know I would need a pic for that "so would others lol".

Those are sponges. I have the same white ones, and yellow and red and a dark maroon...etc...
Yes its normal.

Some fish will eat thoughs if you dont want them but I wouldnt mind having them just not that many lol.
