Whats the best MH setup

I'm about to upgrade my lights and found many setups that i'm not to familiar with. Presently i have a 2x96 pc and i need some MH. The setups i found were single 175 and 250 and doubles 175. I found these in retrofit setups and also found a single 250 with some pcs. Is it possible to take apart me pc and set them up as a retrofit and throw the MH in the middle.
So what i'm asking is what light setup is the best, single double, retrofit or complete hood. Also what type bulbs i would need and if i sure keep the pc atcinic or put 10k in those. I have a hood if i need it to mount the kits under. Its a 65 tall, 36x24x18. Thanks

I'd go with the 250, and depending how handy you are taking the PC apart is possible....

i have the outer orbit fixture by current usa on my tank and am very happy with it.
I would also go w/250w like acrylic already suggested!

HQI will be the best but you will pay for it. Next best I think is the 250 watt Iwasaki 6500K mogul socket. Will need to keep the atinic to help bring out any colorful coral you have.
