Whats the Best?

I am wanting to start a 115 gallon semi-aggressive fish tank. I am wondering what is the best type of filtration for this type of setup(specific brands and names). I am thinking of keeping a dogface puffer, a imperator Angle fish, a scopas tang, and a small school of Blue/Green Reef Chromis.

With the puffer, the school of chromis would amount to nothing more than a midnight snack. I second the sump vote.

How would I convert my 45 gallon tank into a fuge?

Internal overflow(s)
Strong skimmer
Use the 45 under the new tank as a sump/fuge. I have a 55 gallon fuge that is setup behind my 90 gallon main.
