what's the reason for not going in the tank too much?

I have no choice but go in the tank to feed quite a few things.
My fishes seem to love it everytime I dip my hand in there cuz they know they can steal some food out of that.
Why can't I go in there often?

people say not too because theres a lot of contaminants that can get in the tank, but im in my tank at least twice a day, usually more. i see no problem as long as your hands are clean. i usually just rinse my hands off with only water and go in.
