Can you take a pic under daylights?
It looks like Purple Plasma Acropora. And yes, they're expensive (usually $80 for a 1" frag by me). May also be Roscoe's Blue Acropora (about $50 for a 1" piece). Both look very similar.

Yes, just daylights. Well, is that pic with all lights on or just actinics? If just actinics, then all lights should be okay. I'm just really looking for a pic with whiter light.
I was under the impression that Blue Tort Acropora was all blue, polyps and base. I also thought that it was a Staghorn, which yours does not look to be, although it is small so still hard to tell but doesn't seem to have that formation. ORA Blue Tortuosa is usually lighter blue than what you're showing. Google image search the three names and see what you come up with since you can see it in person.

Picture is waaaay to over saturated to give a 100% answer...
If by chance its on, turn off "vivid" mode and make it to normal..Would increase the chance of a positive ID

Its nothing to do with PS.. Its a bad setting somewhere on the camera causing the pictures to look like that a lot of times.. Even with actinics the blue shouldnt be so overwhelming... I found out my camera had a "vivid" setting that was causing all the pictures to look like that.. Then I messed with it and got real colors in the pictures..

F8.0
1/40
ISO 400
and color mode (if its called that) Normal Mode..
