what's this worm???

can anybody identify this worm? i'm assuming it's beneficial.
it's yellow and buries itself in the sand and extends its tentacles out and gathers debris and other matters.

Hmm looks kind of like a spaghetti worm....that would be my guess...but if it is its not harmful to the tank.

its a Cirratulid aka hair worm
