What's Up with Chromis?

Can anyone tell me what this is on my new green chromis' head? These are the best picures I can get in a cloudy tank. It's reddish in that area and has some white flecks or spots. Almost looks like sand. I've only had it about 4 hours and can't be sure how long this condition has existed.

You may be in trouble my friend. Before listening to me you may want to post this in the disease forum but, it looks like it may be some sort of ich. Does it look like salt sprinkles? The reason I don't want to declare ICH right away is because of the red area..............the salt sprinkle or sand looking spots are common but, red gashes usually wouldn't happen right away. Good luck and set up a QUARANTINE TANK.

Very common with Chromis. The best treatment is 30mg/gal of nitrofurazone (Furacyn) in quarantine. Just one dose on the first day only. Follow MY instructions. Leave in treatment 3 to 5 days.

Is this a disease? I have two of them from the same source in the same tank, should I treat both, or just the one showing signs? Do I need to treat the non-qt tank?
Any tips on setting up a qt tank? Use a substrate? Light?
Thanks for the help.
