whats up with my swf order?

ordered 6 ricordea's, cleaner shrimp and a flame angel.
1. ricordea is green, instead of orange, like how it is pictured.
2. flame angel is blind! yes, i mean blind as a bat!!! how do i know? he cant seem to find his way around. I'd even stick my hand in the tank, 1 inch away from his face and he wont swim away... all in all, he looks healthy...

I think he was perfectly fine, prior to shipping. something must of happen along the way... no fish will survive to be this size, with no sight.

You sure the rics are supposed to be orange? The pic I see and description says varying colors of green. Are you talking about the Yuma shrooms? Just trying to clarify. When we ordered, the 3 rics we got were all green,but different. This was almost a year ago.
As far as the flame angel, cant be sure; only speculation. How soon after acclimation did you notice this behavior? Did you turn off the lights when adding? Maybe it was just still a bit shocked from the transport and acclimation. Hope all goes well, they are beautiful fish.

You need to contact the store for questions regarding your order, however, just be what you say, I imagine that the problem may be more with the fish needing to adjust to just having been in a pitch black box for 24 yrs, and the rics, as said above, can be different colors.
