What's up with my Zoas Coral

I have a Zoas coral that i've had for about 6 months. It was doing great and all of a sudden it's not looking so hot. It's not as full as it was. My other Zoas coral looks great so I doubt it's water quality. What else could it be?

I have noticed my Spiny Urchin on this coral quite a bit. Is that because he's going after the hitchhikers or is he eating my coral?
