what's wrong with my clown?

i bought him on sat, and he only ate 2 small pellets and stopped eating. but the thing is he sleeps on the top coner of the tank. like he needs more air or something. it's a sick behavior to me. so here is the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzVKn7J7AsY

My clown sleeps in the top corner of the tank as well.
However, this fish looks like he could be gasping for air a little. What are the water levels in the tank?
How did you acclimate this fish?

Is he breathing irregularly? Notice any harrassing going on?
Not unusual for clowns to head for the top corner.
