What's wrong with my devil's hand? (PIC)

I've had it about 3 days. Also, the same day I got it, I added some red slime remover to the tank (probably not the best idea in hind sight). Is it dying? What can I do?

does it appear to be shedding leathers do this from time to time it can be triggered after a change in water.
mine will get a brown slime over it for about 1-2 days then it wil mucus up and shed it.
this means its growing
also if it doesnt shed it it means its not happy and its preserving itself give it a day or so then see if a bit more or less flow would be good i dont know its position or anything jsut my two cents.

How did you make out with this one? It has been 5 days or so. If it was shedding, it should be back to its former glory by now.

I took it back to the lfs. The owner was there, and gave me store credit
. I traded it for a large rock with 2 blue shrooms, a colt and several sponges on it. Doing MUCH better! Thanks for asking.

The shrooms and colt should do really well for you. Best of luck and if something comes up, don't be afraid to ask!
