What's Wrong With My Fish!!!

:help: I have a new aquarium that has been up and running for about a month. I have a domino damsel and a striped damsel and a neon watchman goby. They have been doing fine but the striped damsel's top and back fin are deteriorating and I dont know whats wrong with it. The other two fish our fine and have no markings so I'm not sure if it is a disease or if it is from the other one fighting with it. I have attached a pic. Any help would be great. :help: Thanks

He's being harrassed by another fish and the fins are being nipped off. Find out which fish is the problem, then make a decision about who needs to find a new home.
Likely the domino is the the aggressor.
