What's wrong with my foxface?

I got this cutie about two weeks ago from my local pet store and it was all fine. just couple days ago I noticed that there is a sorta sack on it's back and back tail, I tried to take the best picture but it's very camera shy. Any idea what could this be? I doubt it's Ich because she's very active, eats very well and swims all around.
PS: would this be a male or female? anyone know?

I have a 72gallon bowfront and the water conditions/temp are there they should be and as for tankmates, just few until I get the hang of it. Just turbo snails, hermit crabs and a Yellow Watchman (goby)

Does it look like a bubble or a cyst? My foxface had a cyst like thing on its side and it just went away on its own.

He looks thin compared to mine? I don't see that ridge of bone I see on yours. Mine is super thick. Maybe mine is a girl
