What's wrong with my Sailfin Tang?

I have a Red Sea Sailfin tang and he now has black spots on both sides of his stomach. It just recently developed and it was just prior to my Emperor Angel passing away. What could it be? I have a 180 with 160 lbs of fiji live rock. The tank has a humu humu, a niger, a blue throat trigger, the sailfin and used to include an emperor angel. They were all small and very peaceful to each other. They've been together for almost a year.

Does it look like ich only black? How long have you had this fish?

I've had the tang for probably just over 2 months. It's just like black spots on both of his sides. The tank has been running for almost a year. The other fish have all been in there for over six months.
