I had my mom feed the fish in my tank(false percula, blue tang) when I went on vacation for 10 days. when I got back my tank was slightly cloudy. At first I thought it was overfeeding, but when I looked closer I saw little white things moving around on the class and in the water. Help me please! what is going on with my tank and how do I fix it. My tank has been set up for 2 months.

Your mom probably overfeed the fish while you were gone thus increasing the bio load..
Those white things are probablly a bloom in population of PODS.. they are ok as these are breaking up the toxic leftovers from the food and fish waste into none toxic form.
Dont feed your fish for a couple of days and do a 20% water change.... YOu'll be fine.. Also if you run carbon i would go ahead and run some fresh carbon..
