i was thinking about getting a new coral and wanted to know which ones were easy, pretty, and not agressive. i have only mushrooms corals and star polyps now
Leathers....most any kind. Very hardy, they are easy to frag, grow fast, and most importantly....you can control. They won't float all over your tank and start a colony without you noticing. And they won't sting/kill other corals.
My favorite is pulsing Xenia, they look like they are dancing, very hardy (some say too much so) They live happy with mushrooms, but do sting other coral if they get too close.
ya i like the looks of the pulsing xenia and i am not to worried about stinging other corals because i dont have many. also the leather coral is more often sold where i live so i may think about that one.
