when and how to add LS

im just about to start set up my new 55gal FOw some inverts no corals though aquarium i have plan on using about 35-40lbs dry reef rock and about 5lbslive rock and a dsb.i was wondering when do i add the live sand to the rest of the sand bed to avoid killing the worms or anything else that might come with the sand.should i wait till the amonia levels go down a bit then pur it in i read that somewheres for live rock to avoid killing anything that comes with the live rock. also if its true about waiting till the ammonia goes down a bit to avoid killing anything how would i add the livesand to the tank would i have to scoop it in or is there a way to just poor it in. also i plan on ordering the premium flordia keyssand from swf.com anyone here anything about it? thanks for any help

put ls when all the lr you want is layed directly on the tank. scooping it in and around the ls is better. pouring it in will work too but can leave the tank cloudy
