When can I add a clean-up crew?

I am just one week into the cycle. I am getting a greenish brown algae all over my substrate and glass.
I have a 125H
270 watts PC on 6 hours per day
E.T.S.S Skimmer
UV
Wet Dry
Refuge (no algae in it yet)
60 lbs base rock
Ph 8.0
trat 0
trit 0
Ammo .50 (yesterday)
33 ppt salinity
79 degrees
I also have 9 damsels
When should I be thinking clean up crew? and what are good critters to start with?

better to wait until your nitrites come down and then add the clean up crew. adding them too early and you end up with lot's of dead clean up crew members.
