When can I add my cleanup crew?

I've been cycling for 1 week with no lights. When can i look to add my cleanup crew. And with no fish, does the cleanup crew have stuff to eat?

They eat left over food and algae. But algae grows with lights, I think you going to need lights. But if you want to add something to your tank you have to wait till your levels are

nitrates- around 0
saltinity- 1.023-1.026

I would not add ANYTHING LIVE to the tank during cycle,, especially inverts which are so subseptable to amonia and nitrite.. Wait until full cycle.
