when can i add my next fish?

my 37 gallon tank has been done cycling and has had a royal gramma for a little over a week. im just curious as to when i can add my next fish. it will be a bicolor blennie. ive heard anythign from 2 weeks to a month. all my water tests great. never had any ammonia or nitrite since adding the royal gramma and nitrates have stayed around 20. im not getting impatient, just trying to figure out how long is safe.

i would say that 1 week or about ten days is good rule of thumb but if you checked the system and it is good sounds like a home run
add the fish

1 week after adding a fish and the water tests are OK, I would say go ahead and add another fish.

thats awesome. ill have to wait another week though. gonna have to have my lfs order the fish cause they dont have any in. thank you for the help.
