When can i add the cleanup crew?

i set up my tank a couple of days ago and i was wondering how long should i wait on getting my cleanup crew. Can i get them now and let them cycle the tank. the crew consists of 2 bluelegs, 2 scarlets, blood fire shrimp, and a scarlet shrimp. i also want to get some shaving brushes, can i get those now also or should i wait. i need all the info on shaving brushes i can get! also would a yellow watchman goby do well in a 25gal hex tank? thanks for your help in advance, it is greatly appreciated!

The clean up crew should wait untill the tank has cycled, the shaving brush plants should be ok.

I would wait to add anything until the cycle is over, you don't want massive deaths on your hands.
