When did they change the BB??

I was out of town for like a week and didn't get a chance to check the board. When I came back it was like this. I am sure there was probably a thread about it, but I couldn't find it. When did it happen and does everyone like it? It seems to be working better now.

I think the change is great. I used to get frustrated waiting for threads to open, etc. I would end up leaving the sight many times, because I did not have all night to check for the latest postings. This is so much better and very much appreciated.
