When do corals grow the most?

Do they grow more or split more at night or during the day time?

i dont get the question. but they open more during the day and some other open during night time. but it doent matter if it is doy or night if they are going to split it gonna take a couple of days even week.

i meant when do they grow I noticed that when i view my tank at the end of the night i seem to have another split with my zoos in the morning

When the lights are on.
Now thats a good question. I would think more during the day and some at night. They feed day and night but the sun will kick it in during the day. Just my thoughts, anyway.

ohh now i get it. well i think during the day. since much of the soft coral full tem self with water and during the day they feed and for shure they will "strech" and be a little bit bigger the next day. and LPS well you can tell that during the day there polyps are out, but they grow 24/7 and you can tell by looking at the tip of the, specially acros. if the tip is white that means healthy and growing.
