When do I add cleanup crew...and how many?

Greetings from a Rookie!
I only have a 35 gal. tank (I know a little small) but was wondering at what point do I add clean up crew? And how many?
Any help would be great.

Well first of all you need your tank to cycle. If this has already happened, then you should wait 2-3 weeks if not more.
