When Do I feed my green Carpet Anemone???

Anyone help on when we should feed our green carpet? What will he look like? Pics would be great!! Or if anyone has a green carpet, would love to see what yours looks like compared to ours.

For starters, LOTS of light. MH (5-6watts per gallon) or lots of VHO at a minimum.
If you got that set, small chunks of squid, shrimp or formula one. Nothing more than 1/4x1/2x1/2 in size. One to two times per week is enough.

so just a PC light hood wouldn't be enough for a carpet anemone? I have a 260 coralife hood on my 75 gallon tank.
