When do you feed your fish??

What times of the day do you all feed your fish? I feed mine once in the morning about 7 on my way to work and then again about 7 at night after my dinner. The morning feeding is with the lights off and then they are on at 7pm when i feed again. I have two Lyretail Anthias, Neon Gobie and a Sebae Clown. Does this seem like an adequate feeding schedule??

There really is no "right way" to feed your fish, but what your doing is fine. Although, variety, is more important. What are you feeding your fish? This is one of the main factors in keeping healthy fish for longer periods of time(a complete, balanced diet).

I alternate between three frozen foods. That being Marine Cuisine, Frozen Mysis and Frozen Brine. I'll give them some flake for a snack every now and then as well. I also soak the food in Zoe and garlic about twice a week.

What is Zoe, why soak in Garlic? Sounds interesting.

Zoe, if im not mistaken is vitamin B12 that will help prevent HLLE disease. As for the Garlic, you can soak your food in garlic extract to help PREVENT ich, notice i said.. PREVENT ich. Salty: Sounds like your fish are happy with their food...

I feed my fish every two to three days, and soak the food with garlic almost every time. They pick at the glass and rock which in turn keeps the tank clean and the water peramaters in check.

i feed mine in the morning and at night also but i mix up their food a bit. i have a couple different foods and sort of rotate them

cube of spirulina formula and half cube of brine ever other day for the FO with 10" of fish.. then the next day I will feed a cube of "life line" (my fish want to be millionares) so that the tang can get even more algae and keep him perty..
the other tank is full of damsels. havent fed them in about 3 months and they still wont die!! JUST KIDDING.. I feed 2 damsels the other half of the cube of brine.. and the starfish gets a cube of "formula one" all to himself..

I feed them at night when I get home from work and alternate between flakes and frozen brine. On the weekends I try to pick up live brine as a treat. Since I removed my protein skimmer I will probably feed them every other day. Is it ok to feed my cleaner brine shrimp? He climbs up to my hand and picks it clean.

my clown just go over the ich... we dipped him in some type of substance this guy makes at our lfs.. soaking fish food in garlic sounds intresting. how would i go about doing it?

I feed once a day in the evening. I too alternate between reef prime, formula 1, brine shrimp and nori.
