When does the tank become overloaded?

So this is what I have in my 29 glass tank:
False Percula ~ 2.5 in (swims)
Royal Gramma ~ 2.5 in (swims)
Black Clown Goby ~ 1 in (perches on rocks)
Yellow Watchman ~ 1 in (sits on bottom)
My favorite thing about his hobby, besides DIY, is the fish. I'm worried I'm at my limit for fish. As I look at my tank though, it seem like I could get one, if not two more. Here is what I was thinking in addition:
Midas Blenny
Firefish
Maybe another False Percula
What do you guys think? Assuming my filtration can keep up will this work out in my size tank?

the fact that they swim or not doesnt matter what matters is the ammount of bioload they cause. I think the rule is 1/4 an inch of fish per gallon but i could be wrong.....

With today's technology in filtration, I think that if done properly, you can keep as many fish that can comfortably fit in a tank. At least thats what I think. If someone can prove me wrong I'd appreciate it.
Oh and I wouldn't add fish until I get my 35 gal sump up and running. so that would be 64 gallons total water volume.

its 5gallons of water per inch of fish. but it also depends on how well u keep up with water changes, and how much room u have in your tank and if the fishes r stressed or r being bullied.
alot of factors play now into how many fishes u can have and how big they can get or r. i had 6 in my biocube 29 with no problem but i gave away a few but i also did 6gallon changes every week.

u can prolly get away with another clown...but clowns can be territorial in a small tank...i had two true percs in a 24g that did not like new comers...killed anyfish i tried adding after them..

Aquaguy - its probably because you didn't add them last. JMO. Clowns are just pretty damsels.
fishstick - Right, I agree. Assuming my filtration/water changes can handle more fish (which it will), can I get away with adding two more? I'm talking about the stress and bullying part of your comment.
I posted this in the fish discussion, and they argued to not do the midas and I'd have to agree after research. I'm leaning towards another clown and firefish.
BUT, what about a friddmani or six line? Too aggressive even if they are last?
