When putting in water (for my 24g) did you mix the salt with 24 gallons all at once or did you put all the water in sections??
Because I dont know If Its safe to do sections of water because im scared if I do it in sections my salt level will raise too high

Are you doing a water change or filling a new tank for the first time? It sounds like you are filling for the first time.
If you have the means to mix 24g at once, great, but if not, and you do buckets, you just need to measure the SG of each bucket you make up and make sure it's the same. On an initial fill, there isn't any livestock to harm, so as long as the water is as close as you can get it from one batch to the next, you'll be fine.

+1 on above...
Also, if you are filling up for the first time make sure to mix maybe 20-22 gallons of the water instead of the full 24. This is because when you put your LR & LS in the tank it will displace some of the water. If you have 24g of SW and then add your rock and sand it will overflow it and you will have to take some of the water out.
Good luck!
