When should i add fish?

Hey Gang,
I just added 60 lbs of live sand and another 30 lbs of live rocks (total of 70 lbs of live rock). I also added the followings today:
1. Heater
2. bacteria (comes in a bottle)
3. Carbon
The water is clear and salt content is with normal limites. The big question is when should introduce some fish to the tank??
Some people told me about 2 weeks...
