when to add chemicals?

Hello all. I am new to the SWA, but have had a chiclid tank for years. I just got a 12 gal nanocube the other week. All of my levels are good in the tank. I was just wondering when and how to add chemical sto the water. I bought 2 Seachem reef packs and was just wondering when I need to add these? Can I add them all at the same time or do I need to space them out. The chemicals are listed below. I also got a ph buffer. Also how often so I do water changes and how much? Sorry for all the questions.
Seachem Reef pack Enhancer
Reef Calcium
Reef Strontium
Reef Iodide
Reef Pack Fundamentals
Reef Complete
Reef Carbonate
Reef Plus

I have mixed emotions on adding a whole lot of chemicals into my nano. It's a fairly complex enviornment, where stability comes with having adequate filtration subject to your bioload requirements. I attempt to achieve this, by (a) limiting the number of inhabitants, (b) LR and LS, and (c) most importantly 10% weekly water changes. I'm not too sure what the components are in the chems you listed, but I'd bet that with regular maintenance, and regualr testing, coupled with proper water changes, will get you the results you want without a lot of additives. I currently have two Occ. Clowns, a branching frogspawn (which I split over the weekend--it was getting huge!), and a handful of mushrooms, and I only add a two part Alk/Cal suppliment once a week. To answer your question, though, you should use your suppliments once your testing hints at a problem.....the best advice I got once I started my tank was: Don't add anything to your tank which you don't test for.
