When to add Live rock?

I am new so bare with me. i added my salt and sand yeserday and am waiting for the sand to settle now should i get all my nitrite, phosphorous, etc levels to where a marine tank should be and do i need the temp of the fish tank to be at 82 before i add my LR. Please help I don't want to screw up.

put LR in ASAP to help your tank cycle.... yes get the temp to @ 82deg. dont worry about levels right now...

As coach said, get the temp up to 78-82 and add the live rock as soon as possible and the more you add now the better off you will be. If you are ordering it online (cheapest way) it will have die off on it that will cycle the tank since it will get shipped to you. Cycling still takes 4-6 weeks though. this is the hardest time so just be patient.
