When to add new live rock?

I have been curing my new lr for a month or so and was wondering how much of it at what intervals can I add it. My tank has been set up for a year and everything is stable.
What do I do?

What are you curing your Live Rock in???
See when the Wholesaler or Fish Shop gets the live rock they should cure it for you.. I work at the LFS and we got an 80lb shipment of LR that wasnt cured by the supplier and we just threw probably 35-40lbs of it into one of our saltwater units and over night it totally devestated the unit.. it killed snails.. some anemones.. some fish..
The bottom line is by time you get the rock as long as it isnt straight from the ocean, you can put it right into your tank.

Monitor levels same as when you cycle a new system...when ammonia & nitrites level off...LR is cured and ready to add to your system...but even then I'd go slow...add a little...check levels...add more....until you get it all set up...good luck

No it was not cured at the lfs that is why I am curining it...in a 5.5 gallon tank with a power filter. It was at the lfs maybe a week and here at my home a month or so.

I cured my rock in two weeks, I used a skimmer and changed the water every three to four days(useing the water out of the tank and replacing the tank water with fresh RO water, hoping the already established bacteria in the tank water would speed up the process, seemed to worked out fine.)Check the levels first though.
