When to do first water change?

When do I need to do my first partial water change and how much? I have an 80G tank, about 150 Lbs of live rock, live sand. Tank has been running for over 2 weeks. After a week of running I added 6 Damsels ( I know too early etc . . ) and they are doing great. I also have some snails and crabs and just added a brittle star. Chemistry looks good.
Ammonia - trace (half way between yellow(0) and yellow green (.25)
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
PH 8.2
I want to know when do I do my first water change. Should I wait till tank completly cycles?

Yes once the cycle is complete do a 10% - 20% water change to bring down your nitrate level.
