when to turn what lights on?

I Have a aqualite lunar
2 65w 10000k
2 65w 460 actinic
4 moonlight leds
I have 10lbs live rock and 5 starter fish
aquarium 1 week old

First off take the fish back since your cycling the tank they will probly and most likely die. Go to your grocery store and buy some cocktail shrimp and cycle that way.
Next do this
Moon lights off 7A.M.|Antincs on 7A.M.|Daylights on 8A.M.|Daylights off 6P.M.|Antinics off 7P.M.|MoonLights on 7P.M.
That gives them 11 hours of daylight you could move it but to be real it should be somewhere around there.
