Where and what to buy (filter sponges)

I added a fuge to my system and the existing foam sponge I had is too small..
What is everyone using ? Where is the best place to get it..
I need a "cut to fit" so a larger one would work best.

Look to the left and click on aquarium supplies and see if you can find it there.If what your looking for isnt there check your LFS.

my lfs carries super long sponges that I use or you can get some really cheap filter floss stuff.
