You would need either T5 or halides to keep an anemone alive IMO. Unfortunately there aren't any decent T5 fixtures for that size of a tank. A 150w halide would be more than enough but you might run into temperature control issues.
Lighting, IMO, isn't your biggest problem with that size tank. Most anemones grow to be quite large and will wonder around the tank if they are not happy with where they are, and will sting and kill anything that gets in their way. In a small tank that is not a good thing. Also, anemones need very stable water parameters which are often harder to maintain in a smaller tank.
Not saying it's impossible, but I would try to avoid it.

+1, on wangos advice, however if your still going to get one, look at current usa sunpods. They have a 16" 70Watt Metal halide light for nano tanks. Perfect for what you are looking for.

Look around for a 70 watt or so metal halide clip on type light. I think current makes one. Anything around that wattage will be fine. Shoot for 10,000K generally speaking to get good bang for your buck. 15,000 will be a little bluer/prettier, but usually a little less powerful. 20,000k very blue/pretty (IMO) but usually even less powerful. It's a personal prefference thing with the Kelvin.
I'm sure you aren't really Brad, but if so next time your "Home" give me a shout, you can check out my 135. It'll smoke your little measly 12 gal...LOL
