What do you have in the tank? How did you acclimate them? Have you looked in the tank after dark (they often don't stand out in the open).
They are very sensitive to osmotic issues and need a long acclimation. If your specific gravity is below 1.024 this could do them in. Do you have aggressive fish? Brittlestars?

I did not drip them, temp. acclimate and poured some tank water in slowly every few minutes. It was the same salinity as my tank. The guy at the store said didn't have to drip. I know I should have. It was freezing that night and had them in the bag a while so I wanted to get them in.
