I just sent him an e-mail, he may get it and respond. Who knows the real reason... might just be life getting in the way like a lot of us!

Yeah, it's a shame that we loose members like that pretty often because of a whole host of factors...
maybe he can come on here and tell us why so that we can improve the forums some.

I'm glad to say that I'm back on here and am going to continue to be a contributer to the site!
There was nothing wrong with the site at all - it was a lot of factors of mine that added up. I explained it all to Seth really well in an email that I sent him - I'm just going to copy/paste my reply on here, and then expand on it here...

I'm so glad that someone came to bring me back.
The reason I wasn't on was because at first, I was starting to fall behind on the threads.... I had so many pages of updates it was hard to keep up with them. So coming on started feelin like I had to.
I kept on making weekends, days, breaks that I have to catch up on the threads. I just never got to them, and it eventually just came to the point where I had 100s of unread posts on each thread... but I always wanted to come back. I've always said to myself "OK, tonight I'm at least going to start going through my updates, etc." I actually never forgot about it, Lol.
It's actually been the same with my email. I have 1,074 unread emails. It's a miracle really that you sent this 15 minutes before I logged into my email, which I probably haven't been on in weeks. If you haven't sent it when you did there's a very high chance that I woulda never seen it.
And finally there's a thread with my name on it! LOL!
Life has also been getting in my way a bit, other hobbies/interests/time-takers have taken over.. not that they are better in ANY way than saltwater fish keeping or

I'm gonna be havin a busy summer... tomorrow- I'm leaving to the Jersey shore with my friends family for a couple of days. After which, there will be a break for a couple of days, then I am going to leave to go to North Carolina for a week with my own family. Then, I am going to take another break for a couple of days and then I'm flying alone to my uncle in Florida (he lives outside of Tampa).. and I'm gonna be down there and in Sanibel Island, Florida for over 2 weeks. Obviously, I ain't gonna have much time to be on here - but I'll try!

LOL....What he means is he has been busy living his life. I can see young people having things to do besides sit on a computer all day. Most of our members are most active while they are at work stuck on the computer. Then there are folks like me with nothing to do because we are retired or disabled. I miss my old friends on this site and I enjoy getting to know the new ones...I think this SWF site is awesome.

My tank don't look too different. The rockwork is the same. Its pretty clean, and my only 2 fish are a hippo tang and a domino damsel. If my sentances are weird or if I have strange spelling errors... or if my words just don't make sense
