when will the public facility be open? 10,000 sq. ft. of fish store would be worth the trip.

20,000 sq ft isn't really that much. My LFS is just over 15K sq ft. You have to account for the 1,000 sq ft for the filter room alone. Not to mention the service counter and whatnot. But don't get me wrong...I'll be one of the first people in line to sneek my peek.
