where should i place my frog spawn

well i have a 75 gal and on one side ihave a 2' 54w x 4 bulbs and a 48" 2 bulb t5 i have in total 3 10000k 2 anticic and a 6500k

I would place it in the sand to start then if it doesnt seem to be getting enough of light you can always move it up after that.

i know they like medium light, but not too direct.
