where to put power head for more flow?

im getting some red slime algea so i need more flow,so anyone have any ideas where to put a powerhead??

Just make sure theres no dead spots in the tank, meaning theres definitely good flow through all of the tank. Chances are the red slime is being caused by something other than low flow. What is your nitrate level at and have you ever used tap water to fill up/top off/mix salt with in the tank?

i dont know my nitrate level because my test kit is crappy but im just about to do a w/c....anyway i use the water from wally world
