I just purcahsed a 20 gal tank for my 90 gal establised soon to be reef. Is it better to have the main overflow into the fuge and pump the water back into the tank. I have also herd that if you pump the water from the sump below or the main above the tank and let the fuge overflow back into the main that this is beter.... what do you think? pic would be better

Fuge overflowing to your tank will make a bubbly mess, unless you get into some REALLY involved plumbing.

The organisms you are sending to your tank are usually so tiny they pass through your pump with no problems.
