Which is better Selcon or Zoecon?

I've been trying to find Zoecon and unfortunately none of the fish stores around my area carry it. I did find a fish store that carries Selcon. He said it was the same thing.
I want to make sure that it is the same thing and it is a good product.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
