Which is better T5 or Power compacts

I have a 120 gal fish and reef tank and Iam using 48" T5 ( 8 bulbs x 54 watts ) = 432 watts - it has 4 whites, 4 actinics and 4 lunar lights. That is enough lighting for my 120gal correct, and is the T5 ok.

yes that is fine, alot of people keep clams and sps corals with T5 lights.

t5 is good for sps and clams only if it has individual reflectors.

^ what he said is correct. I have a 6 bulb with individual reflectors. it will out perform any 8 bulb without individual reflectors
