Which is the best way to get rid of ich???

My tang has ich and I do not have a qt tank. What is the best stuff out right now to rid him of itg??? My tank just has fish and live rock right now. And I want to be rid of the stuff before I even think about adding any kind of corals..
After this episode I will be getting a 30g set up for this but in the mean time what can I do??

get cooper if u dont have any corals it will be in your system for a month but will completely get rid of ich

cooper is the best way to go if you dont have any corals and the fastest it will only be in your system a month so remember it is always best to wait

Most will say to get the qt and do a hypo treatment. This appears to be the generally preferred method. If you can't do this, I've used the product, "Chem Marin Stop Parasite" and it worked for me. My bro in law used it on his reef and it worked for him to with no adverse affects.

hyposailinity. Move your rock out of your tank into buckets of aerated saltwater while u do the hypo.

i always prefer the all natural way get some garlic extreme and soak the food in it,it boosts the fishes imune system and it can fight the ich, once u get rid of the ich periodicly use the garlic extrem so it doesnt come back.(ich is always in your tank its key to keep tour fish healthy so they wont get it)

on the garlic extreme do you use more than they say??? It recomends one or two drops per cube of food. And have you had any success with this if so what? I have a hippo with a little ich and would prefer to go all natrual
