which is the smallest Tang?

I have had my tomini for over a year that has not grown over 4 inches. The picture of it on this site from the sale section is my fish if you want an idea.

Kole's Tang-7.1in.
Yellow Tang-7.9in
Scopas Tang-7.9in.

Next would be
Whitecheek Surgeonfish-8.3
Powder Brown Surgeonfish-8.3

agreed their max size is 5.5 inches

Ctenochaetus flavicauda has a max size in the ocean of 11.8 cm. that is about 4 1/2".

You are absolutely right about the size but I have never seen then for sale at the retail level.

i haven't seen one offered through my supplier since i've been around either. it is the smallest tang that i could find though. for the record, kole tangs are smaller than tomini tangs.
