Which Koralia size for a 3ft 30 gallon?

Seriously I have absolute ZERO experience with these propeller style powerheads. My last tank had 6 conventional powerheads from 270-600gph to create full coverage. I cant see that again plus I'm going for quiet and low wattage. I have a maxijet 1200 and thought about a mod kit but from what I hear it will be way too much regardless of propeller.
Wll two Koralia 1's be good for a 30g mixed reef (and I mean mixed from ricordia at the bottom to SPS at the top)? How about 2 nano's or 1 #2 or 3. I just have no sense of qauging how they rate the flow rates (or even how they come up with them being a propeller with wide dispersion). I already have a 600gph return pump for some conventional coverage (about 350gph into the tank). with that can I do just one powerhead instead of two?

thanks for the advice guys. think I'm going with a 1 on each side. I want two 3's but 2-4's are just too bulky.
yes I'm back finally! thanks for the welcome! I could not stomach to even click on an aquarium site until I had a tank up and running. the only stuff I had to buy so far were the actual tank (my orig 30 gallon is 15yrs old), liverock (22lbs plus the few pieces I kept and a piece I stole along with sand from my sons 6 gallon tank. he's 4 so its really mine lol) and the overflow box (cracked mine cleaning up the disaster). I kept the recouped sand (still have a lot I didn't use) and a few pieces of liverock in a 10g the whole time. I'm sure no critters but its cycled. same old tacky sump from my old 30g. that rubble in my sump are superman monti, ORA frags, two clams and a bunch of SPS frags I was not able to get rid of in time
. at least they didn't go to complete waste. I still need to buy the powerheads and a skimmer (thinking tunze since I'm going for small and quiet). I already have a select list of corals and two themes for fish I'm tossing around but thats down the road. using my old pc lights until it matures then I'll hang a MH

Here are a few pics but there aint much to see. I just actually filled it and got the new liverock yesterday so its not even cleared up completely yet. probably add a little more rock:
and the "old" 30 gallon
