which leather is this?

got this for free at ***** a while back, amazingly it survived at almost quadrupled in size, i was thinking maybe it was a finger but im not sure? devils hand maybe? might not be able to tell untill it gets bigger... anyways let me know if you have an idea.

Looks like a sarcophyton, so Im going to say toadstool, yet it is still very hard to tell because of its size.

You may want to look at the Sarcophyton . sp family and see if you can narrow it down

If it starts growing fingers out of the polyp area, then itll be something else, but Im pretty sure Sarcophyton is right.

wheni got it, it was about the size of the tip of my pinkie finger. its grown pretty quickly.
